GUARANTEE POLICY
Melsadent Clinic provides dental care in Istanbul with modern technology and an experienced specialist team. Our clinic uses the highest-quality materials, performs treatments in our in-house laboratory, and offers a personalized approach for every patient. While rare, minor issues may occur; therefore, we provide a clear and transparent guarantee policy.
In the event of any issue, Melsadent Clinic will contribute up to €150 once towards your travel expenses. If there is no problem that could invalidate the treatment guarantee, all necessary dental and laboratory costs to resolve the issue will be covered during your visit to our clinic. For minor adjustments, a one-time contribution is offered if the corrective treatment is carried out in your home country.
Note: Guarantee periods should not be confused with the lifespan of your treatment. With proper care and maintenance, your treatments will last significantly longer.
GUARANTEE POLICY
Dental veneers are guaranteed against cracking, chipping, or cement failure for 3 years. If minor repairs are needed (e.g., white composite restoration or re-bonding), Melsadent Clinic will provide a one-time contribution of up to €100 for treatment in your home country. If there is no issue that would invalidate the guarantee, all necessary dental and laboratory costs will be covered during your visit.
At Melsadent, implant screws are guaranteed against breaking or fracturing for life. Additionally, the implant treatment itself is covered by a 10-year guarantee. Global statistics show a failure rate of around 5%, but if the implant fails within 10 years and no problem exists that could invalidate the guarantee, the implant will be replaced once free of charge.
Dental crowns are guaranteed against breaking, chipping, or cement failure for 5 years. Minor repairs (e.g., white composite filling or re-cementing) are eligible for a one-time maximum contribution of €100 if performed in your home country. If no issue arises that would invalidate the guarantee, all necessary dental and laboratory costs will be covered during your visit

For minor repairs (e.g., white composite restoration or re-cementing), Melsadent Clinic provides a one-time maximum contribution of €100 for treatment in your home country.
