Guarantee Policy

Melsadent Clinic provides dental care in Istanbul with modern technology and an experienced specialist team. Our clinic uses the highest-quality materials, performs treatments in our in-house laboratory, and offers a personalized approach for every patient. While rare, minor issues may occur; therefore, we provide a clear and transparent guarantee policy.

In the event of any issue, Melsadent Clinic will contribute up to €150 once towards your travel expenses. If there is no problem that could invalidate the treatment guarantee, all necessary dental and laboratory costs to resolve the issue will be covered during your visit to our clinic. For minor adjustments, a one-time contribution is offered if the corrective treatment is carried out in your home country.

Note: Guarantee periods should not be confused with the lifespan of your treatment. With proper care and maintenance, your treatments will last significantly longer.
